Zinnias can tolerate a wide range of temperatures, from 70 all the way up to 95 degrees. These can be direct sown in spring or started indoors, 6-8 weeks before your last expected frost in cooler climates. They can be grown pretty much year round in very warm climates. 
 
Grows up to 30 inches tall. Spent flowers should be removed (or fresh for vases!) to encourage more blooming. 
 
Can be grown in any zone as long as temperature requirements are met. Annual.
