I grew up with these! They can be an acquired taste, but I have had people love them from the start. I cannot get enough of them and they are loaded with vitamins. 
 
The flesh is melting and they are very sweet with a musky undertone. Being in the Eugenia family (the plants that most topiaries are made from in tropical climates,) they also make for an excellent hedge. The new leaves are red with give it visual appeal and the flowers are white and smell absolutely intoxicating. Once mature, they will give you more cherries than you know what to do with. 
 
Grows from 6-25 feet and 10-15 feet wide. You can keep it at just about any size you like. I regularly prune mine to about 8 feet tall and 6 feet wide and it does not stop the cherry production.

This is for 5 seeds with a very high germination rate. 
 
Unless you want a hedge, 5 seeds are more than enough for yourself and to share with friends. Most people don't need more than one plant as they get quite large.
