The seeds require 60 days of cold stratification to break dormancy. Seeds can be sown in fall for a spring emergence or cold stratified in your refrigerator for 60 days. To cold stratify, fold the seeds in a moist paper towel and then seal in ziploc bag and place in refrigerator for 60 days, then sow as normal (around 68-70 degrees)
