A native to Southern and Baja California, California Bluebells bear blossoms with an intense blue hue. They grow well across the country in a variety of soils and are drought tolerant.

Very important flowers for pollinators, honey and native bees are very attracted to the nectar.

Reaches about a foot tall. Beautiful planted en masse

Ideal temps for germination are between 50 and 60 degrees. They won't germinate if it is colder than this and may not germinate if it is too much warmer than this. They can be planted in spring or fall (or any season depending on climate - as long as the temperatures above are noted.)
